Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

We ship all orders via FedEx. Due to the nature of and ingredients of our products, they must be sent with either a two or three day delivery time. FedEx does not allow shipments to any P.O. boxes, so please make sure to make arrangements for another desired delivery address if this is the case.

Omni Bioceutical Innovations are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If you need your package shipped “signature required” or left at a FedEx location, please write a note in the “Comments” section at the bottom left corner of our checkout page.

*If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will send you proper instructions for replacements of the damaged item.

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday except holidays. In this case, orders will be shipped the next open business day. Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

RETURNS

By purchasing Omni Bioceutical Innovation’s products you have agreed to all terms and conditions. We guarantee all products purchased from Omni Bioceutical Innovations are free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described or you may return them immediately for a new replacement at no additional cost.

If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, or you believe that a product is causing an undesirable reaction, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of the purchase date for the steps to receive a refund.
*If you purchased our product from another office, please return it to that location.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or an error by Omni. Please return the product via UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.
